How can i connect motorola w230 to a pc ? i had used usb cable and it doesnt connects...

Check if your phone has any USB slots if it does you can use that just fine.

follow the above line.... and probably you must have a memory card in the fone.... once you are done with downloading the driver  connect the fone and you would get the 'found new hardware baloon' select 'no not this time' and click next and browse to the driver which is downloaded, click next and finish the process...
once you remove and connect the fone you would get a prompt on the fone's display "connect phone as storage device" click yes to transfer data or click no or leave it alone for the fone to get charged...
