S50 cracked LCD screen!

I cracked the display on my radio!! Does anyone know where I could get a replacement LCD screen? I have GOOGLED till my eyes went GOOGLY. And I can not seen to find any parts for this radio.

I do this repair for a broken LCD on the S50's. I am on Ebay and my user name is rarey57siriusXM. Look me up I also do LCD and scroll wheel repairs for the Stiletto 10 and 100's. Bad luck, it seems. I don't think these devices were made with repairs in mind. You may have to buy a new S50. You can get some cheap on eBay or Google for any place with closeouts. If you get a new one, I'd suggest a Speck case for it. http://www.speckproducts.com/for-s50.html But don't pay that price for it. Again, you can Google for Speck case and get some cheap. I got four cases for $10.00.

They don't really repair it. They charge you more than $150 and send you a factory-refurbished replacement.

Hi avisenis yes you can replace the screen the only problem with the lcd screens is that they tend to led to other problems. so if you have insurance you may want to do it thur the insurance . replacing the outside screen is a simple process.The lcd screen is working fine it the outside screen that is cracked. As long as it isn't a touch screen you can use the phone. A lot of manufactures don't just replace the screens the for free the chargea fee. So your best bet is to get the manufacture to replace it but it may take two weeks.hope this help

My camera turns on however the screen is black it takes pictures i just have to point and shoot but i cannot see on the screen exactly what i am taking. I then have to go onto my computer and put them on...
if your screen does not display any figures , numbers or icons then the LCD screen is dead. If you look closely at the LCD scren and fine cracks or lines on it then i advise ou to take it to arepair shop for replacement.
