Need instructions for putting in a new printhead

in this case it's a failure of the printhead. Go to www.kodak.com/go/itg and choose All-in-one printer - Print quality. Follow the steps and if it not helps you can order a printhead for free.

Remove both cartriges and on the top left there will be a button. Push and remove the printhead. Net, take the new one and insert it, pushing on the thumb picture. Reinsert cartriges and align.

remove the ink. on the left side of the printhead (the old one) there should be a button you can depress near the top. push it and the printhead should come off. put the new printhead on and push it where there is the sticker until it clicks into place. remember! take off all the things on the new printhead. I think it's orange?

open the access door at the top of the printer

Remove the ink cartridges

Put your finger in the upper left corner of the printhead ( inside)

you will feel a small latch rigth there push it upward

the printhead will loose and you may now remove the printhead

I've seen this problem once before.

The only way to get a new printhead is from kodak support as its not a consumable item, they dont like sending them out much either, after 2 weeks I returned the printer to the shop and got a refund.
