Singer quantum sewing machine won't pick up bobbin thread

My singer Brillance sewing machine has stalled, the needle will not move up and down. I have re-threaded multiple times with no results. I have taken the bobbin case out and replaced multiple times. The machine continues to stall making no noise or not sewing. It shows a C3 in the window. The Extension Table, not the Bobbin Case, I purchased as an original part for the Singer 7422. The opening slot should be 3.5" Wide x 7" Long so that it can connect where the original case would normally connect. The size of the Extension Table Opening is 3.5" Wide x 5" Long, which does not allow for proper attachment to the machine.
