My netbook keeps returning to start win normally

try to go to the BIOS setting by pressing F2 or del while in POST (exactly after you press the power button and the screen is on)
try to set the BIOS to it's default setting, save & exit, restart your computer
if it still doesn't work,go to BIOS again and look for something called "boot device priority". it usually placed in advanced settings
then set your hardisk as your 1st boot device. save&exit, restart

Wanr to remove f1 to con and del to setup while booting my pc ie, directly boot

This because settings in your BIOS still error during POST..You can just simply set the BIOS setting with setting like 'disable error' or anything else like that. But might be better to check what happened to your BIOS. For example if you dont have Floppy drives then set in BIOS having Floppy drives this will give an error during POST..
Also if you saving the BIOS setting but BIOS wont save. It usually caused by battery, you can just simply replace it.

How do i restore factory settings

To reset you Motherboard the are two options:

Option 1: Software Reset via CMOS:

Access you computer's BIOS settings , usually when starting the PC the BIOS will state the Keyboard key to press to enter setting (i.e on a Dell press F2 to enter settings, HP it's F12 etc...)
Once within the BIOS settings scroll though the setting and pages and you will an option to "Load Default Settings" , select and Save (you will asked to save any changes on exit, almost all BIOS's Save and Exit setting with the F10 key.

Option 2: Physical Rest of the Computers Motherboard settings:

you need to remove and replace the CMOS battery on the motherboard, this battery looks very similar to a watch battery and usually rate for 10 -15 years battery life, it's role is to trickle fee power to the BasicInput/Output System (BIOS) Chip that all computers contain.

Requirements:

* Acess to the Computer , may require a Phillips Head Screwdriver
* A small flat bladed screwdiver or a pair of tweezers
* A steady-ish hand !

Open the case and locate the small round silver battery on the motherboard, remove the battery (may require releasing a small srping catch), relax for 3 minutes , replace and when the computer is restarted the BIOS and CMOS setting are at factory default.

Remember you will need to reconfigure you BIOS for :

Time/Date
Boot Order
and possibly other settings.

This is a situation where the Motherboard Manual can be a useful asset.

Restored to factory default cd/rom dvd drive not installed driver not found

This is likely a BIOS problem.
If you restored factory defaults, the BIOS may have reset to a default configuration as well, one that may not include a setup for your CD drive. Assuming this is what happened, here are some steps to try to get it working again. Note that the pictures are from my computer, and what you will actually see will depend on yours, but it will often be similar.
1. Shut down your system if turned on.
2. Immediately after turning on your computer, look for instructions for 'Setup' or 'Configuration'. There will be the name of a key to press; often this is one of the F keys, such as F2, F5, or F12, or the DEL or ESC key. It varies from computer to computer. You must press the setup key before the screen advances. If you miss the prompt, simply reset your computer and try again. This will open the BIOS menu. hyblademin.png

3. Look for 'Drive Settings', 'Drive Configuration', or otherwise a block of settings referring to "Primary," "Secondary," "Master," and "Slave" drives, and use the keyboard to navigate the menus to get there. Be sure you read the instructions at the bottom of the screen so that you know which buttons to press. hyblademin_0.png

4. Again paying attention to the controls at the bottom of the screen, make sure each drive is set to AUTO. If that setting isn't available, try setting either the Primary or Secondary (whichever one shows no drive) to CD or CD/DVD.
5. Press the ESC button or see the instructions at the bottom of the screen to learn how to exit your BIOS. Make sure you select Save/Exit from the list of choices. If you accidentally change any other setting, simply choose Exit (do not save), and you will be put back at the boot screen. You may then try again.
I hope this helps. Good luck!

How to install the system to a desk top pc

Put the disk in for your O.S. Assuming it's Windows, follow this. Enter BIOS using whatever the pc maker set it to, usually (delete) or (f2), if not f12 works on most to set the boot priority. Set it to "boot for cd" first, exit BIOS & save or follow the prompts if you used the f12 method. Reboot & follow the instructions. If there's any partitions, delete them. You want a "raw" or "unallocated" space. From there, just follow the instructions on the screen.

Msi 848p neo v motherboard problems.

Once you reset the bios everything goes to manufactures default settings. You will need to make some changes within the bios. You'll need the help of the manual. See page 3-20.
If your operating system is loaded on to the ATA IDE drive make sure you set bios settings as follows:
Connect the ATA IDE to MB primary master IDE port.
Connect the ATA SATA drive to the MB's first SATA port.

ATA Configuration
Set as, [P-ATA+S-ATA]
S-ATA Keep [Enabled] Set to [Yes] This enables the SATA controller.
P-ATA Keep [Enabled] Set to [Yes] This enables the IDE controller.
On-chip IDE configuration, "ATA Configuration = [P-ATA+S-ATA]".
Next go to Boot menu. Make sure the ATA IDE drive is chosen as boot device three.
First boot device [Floppy] (If you have a floppy disk drive connected.)
Second boot device would be [DVD/CD-ROM] drive. This should be connected to the MB's secondary IDE port & the DVD/CD-ROM drives Master/Slave jumper, set to Master.
Third boot device [ATA IDE drive]
If your boot drive is the SATA drive than set: third boot device to the SATA drive.
(Hard disk drive with operating system loaded on it).
Save your changes & exit the bios.
Keep in mind all ATA SATA drives are seen as Master drives. SATA drives are seen by the SATA controller & in order by their connection to the SATA port number.
Save & exit the bios. The system will auto restart. Windows should start.
