Have tried installing the CHIPSET Driver for the Motherboard?

Check the device manager for any bang on the devices meaning either a driver is missing or a wrong or incorrect driver is possibly installed, unless a REX "x" is foung beside USB hub then that would mean that is it busted or damaged.

but it is unlikely to have a USB hub/port to be busted unless physically, install the chipset driver and check again make sure you restart the system after installing the CHIPSET driver to make sure that it is properly installed in Windows and that it will detect the USB ports in device manager.
