I had a similar problem when I had to reload my Windows XP. The MusicMatch wouldn't recogzine my Dell DJ and I couldn't locate any plugins. I ended up on the Dell website and downloaded a copy of Dell DJ Explorer. This program uses Windows Explorer to manage the songs, playlists, etc. I used it on my Dell Pocket DJ (5 gb) and it worked fine (after a short learning curve).

you should be able to connect it to your computer and then transfer songs onto it. You might want to check www.dell.com and see if they have specific drivers for it.

You need the AC adaptor, once it has a partial charge it will charge from USB but once it is completely dead the only way back is the AC adaptor. Strange but true
