Without a remote control, you can't. If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.
To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. There are 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, 2 digit and even single digit codes, to some brand devices. After confirming this, check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list and set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check which brand remote control has set-up code/s to your device brand, and buy that one according to availability. Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device brand you have.

Replace the batteries.
There is something blocking the receptor on the main unit.
Remove any obstructions and clean the area in front of the receptor.
The remote is too far from the receiver or at too extreme of an angle.
Move closer to the receiver (within 23 feet) or change the angle (within 30 degrees) to the receiver.
A fluorescent or other bright light is shining on the receptor on the main unit.
Turn off the light or shield the receptor.
The device has a keylock or lockout feature turned on.
Check the display for a key or lock symbol, then follow the instructions in the device's user manual to turn off the keylock or lockout feature.
Either the remote or the receptor on the device is not functioning.
Use an Intraed Sensor to see if the remote is sending a signal.
If the remote is sending a signal, it used to control that device, and no other solution works, you should have a service center look at the device and remote to determine the problem and if it can be fixed.
If the remote is not sending a signal and you have replaced the batteries, you will need to repair or replace the remote, depending on cost.

To relsese the key lock, set keylock of OFF, using remote control.
Pressing the [RETURN] button on the porjector for 10 seconds will release the 'key lock'. OK.

When the control panel lock ON of the projector so that the projector can be operated only with the REMOTE CONTROL.
If you loos your remote control then keeping the POWER key on the projector control panel pressed for 10 seconds turns the projector ON when it is in standby mode, and turns the projector to standby mode when the power is on. If you press and hold the MENU key for about10 second when the power is on the lock will be released and "panel key lock" is automatically set to "OFF"

Hold down Enter button for 5 seconds it will unlock

According to pg. 45 in the owner's manual, you turn Keylock function ON by holding down the ENTER key on the projector for about 5 seconds while the projector is being turned on.

To take the Keylock off-- Hold down the ENTER key on the projector for about 5 seconds. If the projector is in standby mode, you can release the keylock by holding down ENTER and STANDBY/ON keys simultaneously for about 5 seconds.
