AT&T discontinued production of this phone on Sept 4, 1999.

This website lists manuals for AT&T cordless phones but the #9350 does not seem to be listed.

Infact I cannot seem to find any manual pre 1/1/2001, but if you do find one please let me know, my grandma wants a copy of the manual.

P.S. What problem are you having? We can't seem to get hers to to record messages even though the announcement, time & date are set and the answering machine is turned on.

This works for the PA22504H and I think your model works the same way.
Press OK key till HANDSET appears.
Press the arrow key till REGISTER appears.
Press OK key and PIN appears.
Press 0000.
Press OK and SEARCHING appears.
Hold the button on the base till green light comes on.
