Printer: HP OfficejetPro L7680 ALL-IN-ONE
immediately after a paper jam, my printer screen says "Printhead(s) problem. The Following printhead(s) has a problem. black/yellow (K/Y)"
I do not know what to do to fix it. It now doesn't accept print jobs because of the "problem".

try to re-install the driver of your printer and then try to unhook the cartridge and then clean up the nozzle used alcohol and cotton buds and then placed it back the cartridge correctly!!!

chack your scaner drivers with come along with the printer if you don't have disk then just go to google site and type you modle no and downlod letest drive acording to you OS
run that software then try i hope your problem will be shove
Have you tried to replace the black/yellow printhead? This is not the same as the ink cartridges, but it is located in the compartment under and to the right of the scanner lid. Here is HP's link. It looks like this...
