NEW REFRIGERATOR HAS BEEN MAKING ICE CUBES - ONE WEEK AGO IT QUIT TURNING THE TRAY OVER AUTOMATICALLY AND DIMPING THE CUBES - UPON PUSHING THE RESET OR OVER RIDE BUTTON ON THE MAKER IT TURNS THE TRAY OVER DUMPS THE ICE CUBES TURNS BACK UPRIGHT THE WATER COMES IN AND FREEZES BUT AGAIN WON'T TURN OVER AND DUMP THE CUBES UNTIL I PUSH AND HOLD THE BUTTON.
SOURCE: ice freezes into one solid block and won't dump out of the tray
remove cube tray from ice maker. clean with limeaway adn rinse. Spray with a light coating of PAM cooking spray. wipe dry and reinstall. be careful not to damage the sensor ( in center of tray)
SOURCE: Ice cube dispenser not working
I had this problem. The root cause was that mineral deposits had built up in the ice cube tray. The ice would not "dump"... but stayed in the tray after the dump cycle. I did not catch it quickly and eventually the plastic frame broke. That was easily replaced. Inspect the ice tray to see that all cube surfaces are smooth. If there are mineral deposits, they need to be removed. Do NOT scrub with anything abraisive or you will ruin the tray. As you are looking straight on at the Ice maker, with the bin out, depress the small black retangular tab. The tray assembly will come apart to remove the tray. Rinse the tray, then fill with warm vinegar. Let it soak. You may scrub with soft cloth, finger or fingernail to remove deposits. Replace the tray and you should be in business.

SOURCE: Samsung Refrigerator makes ice, but then quits.
I have this same thing happening, also. I have not been able to find a solution to this issue, however. The ejector blades push against the ice, apparently a gear pops loose with a loud clicking sound and the heater either does not work or never turns on. I end up killing the breaker to thr refrig,`removing the icemaker, letting it wrm up dumping the ice and putting it back in.
SOURCE: My ice maker will not dump the ice out of the ice
Hi As it fills with water and freezes so it means that the water
inlet valve is fine. However, as it won't dispense ice so it means that issue
lies elsewhere. First, remove the ice bin, Remove the wires from the auger
motor. With the freezer door open and the door switch depressed, push the ice
cube release and check for 120VAC between the motor wires. If there is 120VAC
then the motor has gone bad. If there is no 120VAC then the control board
(module time delay) has to be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance. Daniel
