The charger is broken how can i get a replacement I see no url for the company, its for the brookstone theraspa massager

I can solder the proper chemistry batteries together and replace any pack they have in there....but I can't figure out how to get in. No screws visible anywhere.

i am looking for a cordless charger for MAX 2 Dual-Node Percussion. if any one has please let me know i will buy from them. or let me know where I can buy them.

A lot of these units have clips that hold the case together. Using a screwdriver to open up the case is the way to get into the ones we have in our house.

I had a Theraspa cordless turbo massager that eventually stopped working but I kept the charger. It still works because I've used it for my replacement massager.

I have a similar Brookstone model, cordless with heat and cold options. I gave up finding the cord and purchased a dual model charger from Amazon that allows me to chose the voltage of the charge to the item. It appears to be working find now. I did have to play with the input voltage until I found the correct amount in spite of what the charger said. The unit I bought is a Hosa Technology power charger. Number ACD-377. Hope this helps you too.

We've concluded that you can't take this massager apart without destroying it. I wish someone had posted a solution. My husband is in the process of shaking it and just left to get the hammer! Good luck, I'm afraid we won't have to worry about this problem after tonight.

Has anyone been able to find out if these Brookstone massagers can have the old batteries removed & replaced?

They stopped selling this model a while ago.

The current unit sold by Brookstone does not have a power cord. The unit is sealed and the battery is not replaceable. Many units eventually quit working when recharging cycle quits. Only solution is to replace the unit or contact Brookstone for their service center. Probably cheaper to replace the unit.
