My Sony Walkman WM -SR10 is not recording and the cassette tape is not working. Only the radio is player. And I cannot get another one to buy even its not the same. Can you help me

likely something has wrapped around the drive capstan, that would make tapes play faster. Forward and reverse are likely belt issues.

did you try the volume control, if so. clean the header(s)

If it's a tape player with a stop button it should turn off by just pressing stop. If there is a radio then there then there should be an off position where you select if you want to listen to the radio or listen to the tape.
