Was being viewed at full screen, i hit the auto button and now i have a 2 inch black bar down the right side of monitor, and it appears a sthought the entire image shifted left

Wrestled with this for a while. I ended up having to go into the OSD, then move the horizontal position as far over as it would allow (which was still quite cut-off). AFTER doing this, then I pressed the Auto button for 2 seconds and allowed it to adjust, that made it snap the picture back into alignment correctly.

This was killing me for a while, and I couldn't get the other above solutions to work. My graphics driver control console is AMD Vision Engine, and going into that (the Control Center) are a couple options. One is for Desktops and Displays, which you think would be the right one, but it's NOT. I needed to go into the "My VGA Displays" menu, and then I could adjust the location of the image on the actual display such that it overlapped correctly with the actual display. Not sure how if there's something similar for other graphics card engines.
