SOURCE: H2 error

An H2 is an indicator that the temperature sensing device is reading open, preventing the machine to warm up. There is only one way to correct this and that is to replace the thermistor, and that takes a technician. Not a hard job but a novice could get into trouble and make matters worse. HOW CAN i CLEAR h4?

1. Entering the simulation mode
Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode.
"#" key "*" key "C" key "*" key

Main code 14 Start key Sub code 0 Start key

OR

"#" key "INTERRUPT" key "C" key "INTERRUPT"

Main code 14 Start key Sub code 0 Start key

2. Canceling the simulation mode
When the clear all key is pressed, the simulation mode is cancelled.
When the interruption key is pressed, the process is interrupted and the
screen returns to the sub code entering display.

* After canceling the simulation mode, be sure to turn OFF/ON the
power and check the operation.

Note: If the machine is terminated by a jam error or paper empty during copying in the adjustment by the simulation, recopying is required.

DO NOT CONTINUE RESET AS THIS CAN CAUSE A FIRE AND RUIN A PERFECTLY GOOD DAY.

I have problem in my sharp AR- M205 Copier When i Swith On Of the Printer Then H 2 eroor on the display

H2 Trouble code is a problem with one of your thermistor. I would start by removing the fuser and then check if your thermistors are damaged or need to be cleaned. After you clean or replace use Simulation 14 to cancel the error. Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode. "#" key Interrupt key "C" key Interrupt key
"14" Main code Start key

After a power outage my printer is flashing H 4 can you tell me whats wrong? The printer is a Sharp AR-153E

Enter the serviceman simulation mode, press the keys as follows:
Clear → Density select → Clear→ Density select
then enter 14 and hit start. This will clear the H4 (low temperature) code. If you still have a problem, the code will come back. Then you will have to replace either the thermastat (fuse), thermistor or possibly the heat lamp.

Sharp AR-275 Getting H2-00 Erron on power on

In AR 275 Sharp copier H2 00 is very common problem, U have to only reset the above fuser error code as fallows

press # then intrrupt then c them intrrupt then display will show simulation mode then enter 14 then press ok key

If this is not enough then press press thermostat on fuser unit by removing the unit from machine this requires tech knowledge

OR you can try by replacing thermistor of fusing unit

If by above procedure the prob is not solved then and then you replace the fusing lamp

Even though u can check the lamp by removing back cover and turn on the machine u can observe the light of fusing lamp

pl ask for any difficulty.
