When wire stop coming out due to dirty end ect., wire rolls up inside machine??

Peel the beginning edge of the paper roll off of the rest of the roll. It will be lightly glued to the roll to keep it from unwinding.
Cut the end piece of the paper if it tears when you pull it off of the roll. You want the edge to be the same level all the way across so that it will feed into the machine easily.
Flip the paper holder bar away from the Unisonic adding machine and slide the paper roll onto the bar. You want the paper on the roll in a certain position. Make sure that when the loose edge of the roll is on the bottom, that it is facing in the direction of the machine so that you will be able to pull it toward the machine to feed it in.
Pull the lever up that is located near the paper slot in the back of the adding machine.
Take hold of the edge of the paper and feed it into the paper slot.
Put your finger on the paper roll-up knob and spin the knob toward the back of the machine. This will turn the rollers inside the machine and push the paper up. Stop turning when you see the paper come through and above the cutter.

hi i owned same machine and had same problem first make sure that the brushes i think their is two, make sure they are positioned correctly in other words that they spin without hitting each other. if you can take out the brushes and grab the ends and roll it if it rolls good, if it seems stuck you may need new bearings which can become rusty due to water. also make sure their isnt hair or something tied around brushes sometimes it makes the rollers stop turning because they are caught good luck

Sounds like a ground problem. ensure the engine and body/frame each have good grounds. An easy test would be to run a jumper wire to a well grounded bolt on the firewall and test.

Check for a switch inside the storage tunnel for the vacuum wand. It is designed to shut off the brush motor when the wand is pulled out of the storage tube.
Also check inside the handle for proper wire connections to the switch. The wire connectors often pull off the switch due to the constant motion of the vacuum.

First thing to check is that you still have an inlet guide (plastic funnel like) before the drive rolls. This one can be dirty or have enough build up inside that makes the wire feed imposible. Change this one if possible, it will cost you around 5 bucks at your near welding shop. If everything looks ok, then make sure you have the right drive rolls size, 023 or 030 in this case. Then ckeck you liner if it has a kink or dirty in the inside (use compressed air to blow the inside of the gun) then it's useless, change it. Final will be the contact tip just replace it for the right size according to the wire size.

check the needle to see if it's bent-roll on flat surface to see if it rolls correctly
blunt needle- makes popping sound going thru fabric
damaged needle-end broke off
try rethreading machine-some sewing machine bind up when the thread come off the thread take up lever
make sure there is no lint or loose thread in the bobbin area

Most washing machines have a length of clear tubing external of the drum assembly (inside the housing). One end connects to the lower section of the drum, allowing water to enter the tubing. The other end of tube connects right up to the top, and usually inside the back panel (where all electrical wiring is) This end is connected to a pressure switch..As the water begins to fill the machine, it also rises the same height in the tubing.The tube is now sealed at both ends. The rising water creates air pressure inside the tube, activates the pressure switch and via electrical contacts closes the water inlet valve(s).

problem is not clear.u change fax roll when it was finished.if fax was printing before ending roll .i think u have installed roll with wrong side .thermal roll only prints with one side which is coated .just see inside machine there will bi a paper for installing roll direction.if not just check thermal head .clean it check its supply.or just replace.it mian jee

Hi there i recondition hundreds of these machines a year and i can tell you that your problem is the module board which has short circuited due to a wiring problem or depending on the type of motor that was fitted. you looking at a lot of money there is no easy fix to this problem.
