Since your tv is a new model it will be IN Warranty. Call 1-800-Samsung and they will set up a service call and send your ticket to a Qualified ASC in your area. Ask if they can send a Samsung Field Engineer to repair your tv. They are nmch more highly trained and you will have a better repair experience.

you probably need a new motherboard or hopefully something that cost less. i had the same thing happen to me with a tv, took it to repair shop and they said needed a new motherboard. good luck

How long is your TV on before it turns off? Check the fans and make sure they are all working. The TV may be shutting off due to overheating if a fan quit working.

If you think the lamp is still good maybe try replacing the lamp ballast.

Your TV may something arcing inside of it. Maybe a loose connection. Since it is probably under warranty you should get in touch with the dealer where you purchased it. Perhaps you can get the whole TV replaced. Stargazer
