My frigidaire front load washing machine will not spin properly so that the clothes are still wet and the water has not completely drained from the sping cycle? Our first frigidaire was under warranty and completely replaced-now it's out of warranty and I just don't want to have to pay to have it repaired if I can simply do the repair myself. Any suggestions?
Have you checked the filter, it may need emptying/cleaning out. If you take bottom front panel off you should be able to see it -- I think it's toward the right.

From my understanding your Frigidaire frontload washer is not spinning the final spinning and the clothes are still wet. If you washer is overloaded it will not spin properly to release the water out of the clothes. Also, a small load will cause your washer to not spin properly. You should additionally check the drain hose to make sure it not kinked or twisted that could cause your improper draining. If all that checks properly it could be an issue with your drain pump, motor, and control panel. I would suggest consulting with a technician for proper diagnosis and repair. This will help avoid unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
