This is not essentially a problem with your phone. It may be the network. If you tried another network and still have the issue, I would assume that this is a problem with the RF receiver. This "buzz" is caused due to the RF receiver turning on and off at a rapid pace. Suggest that you get your phone serviced. It shouldn't cost you much.
