Hi my hyundai getz 2003 1,3gl model left lights on killed battry kick started it drove it and left to idle for about 30 minutes switch it off and now still not starting battry or the immobilzer

If everything was ok before you left your lights on then the battery needs a full charge! The battery will not receive a full charge by idling, to charge the battery you need to take it on a long run in top gear such as a motorway for about 15 to 30 minutes!

Compaq presario v2000 screen blank

Hello there!
Check those hints!
1) Check the brightness, and contrast keys!
2) sometimes, taking out battery, for 1 minute solve some issues.
3) bad inverter video.
4) select internal video, instead outside video (keyboard)

Created a 300 picture slide show on my pc. the screen will go blank after 30 minutes and i have to hit the return key or touch the pad. Is this a sleep setting issue or kodak?

I suspect you have a screen saver set up that blanks the computer screen after 30 minutes.
If you are running Window XP, right-click your mouse on the desktop, choose Properties, from the Display Properties dialog, click the Screen Saver tab, then in the Wait box, increase the amount of time before the screen saver activates. Click the OK button when you are through.
Good luck,

Try uninstalling the RAM memory for a minute or two and start the machine with no memory, then reinstall the memory and start again, it should boot right up.
