Replace battery in Mcdonalds Alvin toy - Toys

Not sure specifically for the Alvin the chipmunk toy (I'm assuming it's the chipmunk one) but McDonalds in general seem to use tamper proof screws, presumably to stop us doing what you're trying to do. Apart from drilling out the existing screws, the only option is to get a Bit Driver Set that includes the tamper proof bits... In this case it'll most likely be the triangle, tho it may be a star shape or an octagon or other shape... Most hardware stores sell them, electronics supply places and occasionally computer suppliers, I've even seen them occasionally in dime stores and the odd discount chain...
