Daewoo koc 624q is the only number i can find, it's an 800w combination oven, it can be quiet loud but i've not noticed anything out of the ordinary,
it worked 1 day when i reheated a chicken curry, which exploded from its pot, then didn't work the next day, it sounds the same now as it did when it was working, but just won't heat, i looked inside and have found what i assume is the thermostat, which connects to the pcb, i assume the thing that emits the microwaves is in the box at the side behind the control panel,

Almost certain if microwave still heats a bad motor or gear issue inside the unit--if unit will not heat the safety switch in the side that the door engages is the cause of the wheel or platter not turning--prevents unit from use if door open.
The only fix for it is to either buy another control board $300+ or if you are any good at wiring you can go the the hardware store get a manual toggle switch and install it under the microwave on the right hand side near the control area. But make sure the switch can handle the heat rising from the stove burners. We have about 120 of the microwaves on our properties and 6 of them have this issue. The relay internal switch becomes corroded and binds together from steam and boiling water. GE is JUNK.
have a GE xl1800 microwave that is not heating the food. The lights work, turntable turns etc. all but no heat. Help this microwave is only 1 years old.
