Partner ACS, any release
Changing the time on a Partner system must be done from extension # 10 or 11.
1. At station(Ext.10 or 11) press feature, 0, 0
2. Press the left intercom 2 times
3. Enter # 103
4. Enter the correct time in 24 hr. format, for example:
* to set the time for 09:00 A.M., enter 0900
* to set the time for 04:45 P.M., enter 1645
5. Press feature, 0, 0
Press Feature 00 (zero, zero) from station 10 or 11. Press left intercom button twice, press #103, and then enter time in military format (24 hr). Press feature 00 again. This is all done with the handset down.
Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00" next press the left hand intercom twice the display should say system programming enter in "#103" the display should say system time and the current programmed time enter the new time in 24 hour format press feature "00" to logout
The partner phones are now Avaya. The system time is going to be maintained by the operator's console or phones at extension 10 or 11 (the normal programming phones).
To set the system time, do the following: Press Feature 00. Press System Program (Left Intercom button) Twice. Press #103 Enter the time in 24-hour notation (ex: for 4:23 p.m. use 1623) A display should appear confirming the time.
Press Feature 00 to exit programming mode.

The manuals can be somewhat difficult to find online. You may wish to contact your vendor to see if they can get you another copy of the manual.
Keep in mind that if you are using Merlin Mail you will need to set the time different on that system.
Are you trying to change if it rings or how it sounds when it rings?
The phone you have (Partner 18D) can be used on several different Avaya phone systems that all program differently. To change when it rings, this would need to done in the system programming (not the phone) All the manuals are avaialble on Avaya's web site but you need to know which system you have before you can start searching. www.avaya.com
