I try to reset this pabx panasonic 308 many times but not totally reset theres is no other way to reset them..i turn on pabx and sw to clear position and pressing reset button but not back to default value..i need ur advice thanks and god bless

First the button clear position
anfter press hold reset 20sec
it will reset
after turn off PABX
move the button to open position
and strat the PABX

In most TD systems, the voice mail has an access code of 165. The owner of the system (mailbox 999) can reset any password by following the prompts.

It's not a password, it's a restriction. You change the Class of Service for the phone and put in the international code as a restricted digit.
Check your Programming manual for the system.
