I have a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim with 3 indoor units. If one of the units is set to cool, and another to heat, the right hand operational indicator light continuously blinks at 3 second intervals. I set all my units to same mode, and the unit kicked on.

I had the same problem and I found it was that another unit had the heat running while I was trying to run AC on another (they're both attached to the same condenser) so it could only run heat or AC not both. Turn off the heat!

SOURCE: its not working and flashing P6. Its a Mr Slim

dear sir/madam i think.... mr Slim A control R407c & R410a systems.
P6 = indoor coil frost protection in cooling or indoor coil overheat protection in heating.

Cooling
One of the 2 indoor coil sensors reads minus 15 deg C for 3 mins.
Heating
One of the indoor coil sensors reads over 70 deg C.

If you are sure the refrigerant charge is correct & system operation is correct then it could be a coil temperature sensor reading wrong temperature.
If you have one of those little monitor things which plug into the outdoor circuit board you can monitor the indoor coil temperature.
On later type remote controllers you can get all operating data like temp sensor data but you will need a service manual to do this.
Or you can measure the ohms resistance of the temp sensors & compare with the chart in the service manual. if you can do it by yourself do if not then contatct ot mitsubishi maintenance personnnel for furhter action, thank you hope answer the question please vote!

SOURCE: Right Indicator light blinks; left is solid; nothing in manual about this pattern

that is an error code.

count how many blinks after a pause and that would be the error code.

could be 4 , 5, 7, or 9.

you could reset it by un plugging or removing power for ten minutes and try it again.

if the problem would re-occur, then there is something wrong with the unit.

as it runs, observe everything and keep me posted. see if the fn outside is running, if the filter is clean, or if the compressor is running, etc.

tnx 4 using fixya,

Led light of indoor unit blinks 14 times

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure.

Indicator light

May be showing a fault code, you need to count how many times it flashes. Could also be a delay or de ice mode which will go away after a few minutes

When i switch on the A\C it works for seconds then it stops the operation light flash and the indicator light goes off not flashing there is no air and the fan stop also

I would suggest you call a company trained on these, make sure the tech is Nate certified, I have worked on these and they are not fun to work on and are not something i would suggest you take on unless your performing maintenance related activity. it seems to be throwing a code or powering down by your description.

Power light is flashing and it isnt working

A multi split system is it? One of the reasons why the light flashes is because one indoor unit is on cool and the other is on heat. Changing the one on cool (or on heat) will fix this. Both indoor units need to operate on the same mode.
