You have a blockage in the dispenser , remove and take all bits out and thoroughly clean.

You cant seal off the inlet, but you can get a Y adapter, its a hose that splits into 2 outlets. They are most often used to hook up steam dryers but will work for wha you need, this will allow you to use it but it will not get the best cleaning results

is the pipe were the water gose in clear it is leakiing by the door cus the water flows down the machine and own from the door hope this helps.

You have been ill advised, there is a filter that you can clean.
Remove rear panel of washer.
Remove large black hose fastened to bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Remove top cover., check the hose from dispenser to drum is not blocked with powder..
If the dispenser drawer still fills up, then it is possible that the condenser is blocked with fluff.
This a major job to put right, you would be well advised to call an engineer if this is the case.

The conditioner works by sythening, to do this water is diverted to the conditioner compartment. Lift this out ond check hole is clear in the little conditioner pot. although this is comman on many machines
