You should be able to get Konica Direct to take care of it.

I guess you mean the c350 is not printing while Windows said the job has been sent?
If so, it may have changed IP Address from the time you first install the Printer on Windows. Check the Ports setting of the c350 printer! e.g.
Network Pritners should have Static IP address or at least a reserved DHCP IP Address. Logon to your Router, check the MAC Address of the c350 and reserve/assign it a IP Address near the end of the DHCP range. Save the Router configuration and power cycle the c350. Confirm IP Address changed to the reserved IP.
Then you have to change all the PC's Printer Configuration of the c350's Port to update the reserved/assigned IP. Or remove the c350 from Printers and Faxes, then run the printer setup software again.

You have to be sure that you are connecting the printer in exact the same USB port. If you are connecting to a different port and not to the one from was disconnected, the Windows is installing another copy of your printer. Check this, I believe this is the solution to your problem.

The printer does keep the IP but even if we connect a laptop to its network connection and we open the windows explorer it doesn't connect to the printer although it is connected directly with the printer using a cat 5 cable
