At the bottom of the page, just make sure you choose the right operating system

Visit the Lexmark website to download the Lexmark X3480 driver. Click this link: Lexmark X3480 Drivers

The Lexmark X3480 is compatible with Windows operating system only. You can download the driver from the Lexmark website using the link: Lexmark X3480 Drivers. To select the version of your operating system, click on change OS.


Then click on FILTER.


Click on the driver under Recommended Downloads.
Download, execute the file and follow the instructions on your computer.

There you will find the drivers, is on Lexmark US site

Just put Lexmark X3480 in the search window, then select drivers and downloads, now select your OS, and VIOLA...you will have the drivers you need.
