Universal remote controls are available at most of the electronic spare part selling shops. Visit some on-line sites too, which deals with electronic spare parts.

I believe with a combo like that it should just play when you hit the play button. Unless the dvd player has failed.

there may be a problem with the tvs remote sensor. most universal remotes you dont even have to enter any codes you just have to follow the same steps to enter the code but instead of entering a code all you have to do is press the channel up button after following all other steps, just keep pressing up until it turns the channel on the tv then press enter or similar button after it changes the channel and this should lock in the code without entering a specific code.And if all other remotes only half the buttons work on if it happens with every universal remotes then it probably a problem with the remote sensor or the tv . Look on the back of the TV or in the back of the manual and you'll see the name of the company that manufactured and/or distributed the TV, or you may find a telephone number listed in the manual. You must contact the manufacturer to find a replacement remote for that TV. Universal remotes don't work because that set is actually made by a small company that doesn't communicate with universal remote makers.

My disney princess tv model P1310ATV uses code 759 with Echostar 6.2 and 6.3 remotes. This code is listed in the echostar manuals as a code for Hisense manufactured TV's.

read the manual thouroghly and if the thing u are told to do doesnt work contact the address on the box or manual

if you know how solder.then re solder your tv first. then,check the vertical section maybe the ic is busted
