My TV worked fine until 3 days ago. It never runs for more than 1 hour per day as it is in my bedroom. I turned it on and the main picture is correct but the red and green have slid over so now none of the colors are correct. I have tried every button under settings, including factory reset. I know most TVs have that red and green horizontal and vertical setting that can be adjusted, I can't seem to find anything like that on mine. HELP!!!
Please mention model and brand of your TV to see its schematics for solution.
Please check its user manual and write exact model and brand here as we have seen hundreds of TV model and brands and can't figure out what TV you have. Try to understand.
The number you provided FMP115MF is wall mount for tv. see it HERE
Model number usually written on label at rear of TV sets. Please check model number there and let me know to help you out.
Do you have basic electronics and little bit TV repair knowledge?

Company name you using????
Hi
A green tinge can be a tube fault, but if you post the model number of
the TV someone with a little more knowledge might be able to help.
The power supply from the amp is acting like a magnet. Try the amp on a
lower shelf or move it away from the TV to see if the colour staining
reduces. You'll need to let the set degauss itself. Power off at the
wall switch for approx 30 mins then switch on. You should hear a sort
of 'bong' sound as the degaussing coil fires.
Your CCFL lamp has reached "end-of-life". They go red when they are old.
You can get replacement lamps here: http://jkllamps.com/index.cfm?action=fam...
They can also help you with the job, better consult them before ordering anything.
Good luck

The settings are on the main board the tv needs to be opened to make it clear.
Unless you are a qualified TV repair person with access to the technical manuals and electronic test equipment for your set you are wasting your effort, this is not an adjustment problem, it is a circuit board failure issue, the cost of repairing these newer sets is so high that replacement is the best option in all but a few cases, go ahead and rate this thanks for trying but the info I have given is correct.

This tv was also wall mounted by my husband, who is unable to help with fixing due to deployment. I need a way to fix this myself, in other words, simple solutions (if possible)? It weighs a ton, too heavy to take down alone.
it's more than a green tinge, the colors red and green are both off by about 4 inches. like someone took the picture into two layers and slid the top layer over. the only numbers I am able to find on the back as car as model/serial are
FMP115MF
LR2E-32 05FA00043
it is a SOYO
