Go to the singer website
Click on customer support--there will be a drop down menu
Choose instruction manual
In the box type the model number
Click search

According to the manual for the 5062, the part number is 362095.

If this is not the model you are referring to, check the Singer Company website for a manual to see if the part number is available.

You can order from several Internet sites that sell sewing machine parts, or from a sewing machine dealer - you will need the model number of the machine so they know which foot is compatible with your machine.
