White balance adjustment Mode - Be used for White balance adjustment. In Factory Mode, press" BUS OFF" to enter and exit.
Default Value OK mode - Be used for default value setting before TV leaves Factory. In Factory Mode, press "S. EFFECT" to enter default value. "Wait" will be displayed in screen, when it is finished, "OK" will be displayed. It will exit factory mode automatically.
Note: Now press "SERVICE" cannot enter factory mode, you have to take the following steps to enter:
1. Setting Volume to Zero.
2. Press "V-" in cabinet and Press "Display" in RC simultaneously
Adjustment Way1. B+ Adjustment:
Apply Philips Test pattern signal in normal status, adjusting VR821 to make B+= 130V± 0.5V.2. RF AGC adjustment:
Observe monitor the collector waveform of Q101 with the probe of Oscilloscope. Select channel 2 (>70dB) from the antenna input. Enter D-mode, select menu6 to adjust RFAGC item until the monitor peak value to 0.8Vp-p.

I want to find resister value of R129 (KV TG 21M61) Please.

before fixing check service manual once .... for complete service manual (KV TG 21M61) ......( size 3.57mb - free - i got that manual from elektrotanya.com ) ......... check other resistors value shown below with those on your board ....

SO VALUE OF R129 IS 22 OHMS

HOW CAN I ENTER INTO SERVICE MODE IN ONIDA COILOUR TV OXYGEN 21''DVMC (KY INSIDE) ?

with onida orginal remote we can open service menu(press vsm at the same time on remote control)and check the values, first write down the values before changing the values.

When i start my tv, a reddish color appears and then after two to three seconds, it comes to normal. However, even after two to three seconds the brightness of the tv never comes to normal and it is...

Hope you have adjusted with your remote. Even with this if the problem repeats, there may be resistor gone in high value or open.

Try the circuit associated to red gun ( cathode of the picture tube). If you have a digital meter, switch OFF TV and give a check on all the resistors. Check whether any value is changed to higher side.
If you notice any ohmic value changes replace them with identical type.

If variable potentiometers are provided try adjusting them. But note down the orginal position.

If it is service mode adjustment, contact SONY service center as the service pass word code is known to them only.
