You need to clean the filters. When the filters collect alot of dust on them, they block the airflow to the internal parts of the projector and can cause the bulb to blow due to the temperature getting to hot.
Once you clean your filter, you may have to go into the menu and reset the counter for the filter.Once you clean your filter, you may have to go into the menu and reset the counter for the filter.

I would check the the vent hose first. It might be clogged with lint or stopped up some other way or even crimped where the air won't flow. Turn on the dryer and go outside and be sure there is a good flow of air coming out of the vent. If there's not much air flow dis connect the hose and clean it out
check the air flow meter that is located on the inlet trunking coming from the air cleaner to the engine. there will be 2 large hose clamps attaching it in line of air flow that has already been filtered, there will also be a electrical connector that is secured with a wire clip that has to be removed before connection will separate. clean the terminals and use di-electric grease before re fitting. with the air flow meter removed by its self only use and only this type of product , air/mAf cleaner it is suited to not harm any of the plastic or electrical componants of the air flow meter. sprat it internally clean using only the spray, in the middle of it you may notice two small wires ? spray those as well but don't touch them with any thing else as they are sensitive and the main part of the sensor it self. hope that helps you out
Check the air duct hose between the air mass flow sensor and the throttle body maybe cracked , if it's not check your mass flow sensor if you have check engine light on ,it's better to scan your car by OBD 2 scanner
problably you have a leak in fuelpump.these are so tiny and not to see whit naked eye.so on the motor disconnect the feul line and put it in a small bottle.start the engine and see if there comes fuell, out whit air bubbles. check fuell filter
If the computer is overheating it will shut down to save the hardware from heat damage, the temp is pre set. It may get hot, due to air flow in a minute or and hour. What does the "screen comes up says problem " say? Check the fan and vents for dust and clean, improve air flow around bottom vents and side vents. Perhaps a Laptop Cooler? When the computer shuts down unepectedly, the computer see it as a crash and will load in that option screen. Run a 'Check Disk" on the OS drive buy opening computer in start menu, right click the drive with the OS (C), open properties, Tools, Check now, choose all options, follow instructions, reboot.
Sounds like the DMD chip is on it's way out.
Check if the intermittent problem is related to the external air temperature. Try blowing cold air around the unit with a personal fan to see if it does the same thing.
Check if the air vents and filter is clean
Sounds like a problem in the vertical sweep circuit. Check voltages to your convergence ICs. If they are not to spec then look for bad fuses and capacitors on the power board. These will throw off the DC voltage to the convergence chips causing the bow effect. I've had a single bad pico fuse ($1) cause this symptom.
This is not an "STK" problem. Your problem is VERTICAL. You need to check your vertical chip for damage CN301 and check around it for any bad parts or loose connections. I've seen loose connections on the chip itself cause it to self-destruct.
