I've had this before. It usually occurs when go outdoors from an air conditioned space. Moisture condenses on the headwheel which will cause the tape to stick... and THAT will make a real mess!
If you're in a hurry, remove the tape cassette leaving the camera open, and use a hairdryer on LOW to dry out the inside of the unit. Then allow the camcorder to cool down (not in the cool or air-conditioned room) before you use it.
In the future, you should take the camera out of the cooled area still in the bag several hours before you intend to use it. To hurry things along a bit, you can put in a sealed plastic bag indoors and then bring it up to temperature, but don't open the bag until has reached the temperature of the space in which you will be using it.

When trying to record or replay, I'm getting an error message that says "Please wait - Condensation, Operation Paused." I've waited now over a week & still getting the same error...

Put the camcorder in a warm dry place for a few hours, there is moisture inside the unit, that triggers the humidity sensor and shuts the camera off. If after drying the camcorder for a reasonable time it still will not function you will need to get it repaired.

When I turn it on there is a red symble flashing , I checked the manual it saya something about moisture, tried different new tape but the issue hasn't been resolved, keeps saying eject tape

This is usually caused by a failed component in the moisture detection circuitry within the camera and can usually be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired qualified service technician.

My camera´s flash doesn´t work :/ and it says E:91:01 what does that mean? can I fix it? or my camera is useless

Hi,

The E:91:XX error code appearing on the Camera screen is due to an Internal Hardware malfunction.
The E:91:01 error code may be due to the issue with the flash unit in the Camera. This can be resolved by checking or replacing the Flash unit.

Before that try the normal troubleshooting steps like power resetting and factory resetting. If the issue persists, it would be better to get the unit serviced at the Sony Authorized service center.

When i try to record, it just beebs and won't!

With Sony camcorders, if there is an error, it will display an error code on the LCD screen, usually flashing. Make a note of it, search for your model number and the error code and you can most likely find the solution.
