My dcr-tv22e sony digital video camera is not recognised by 1 of my 4 computers. I have editing software like pinnicle 9+ and adobe premiere pro and it is not recognised with this camera. Its no possible, im using a firewire plug for transfer. Can you help me with this peace of s*%t camera.

Insert the CD to install.
Go to - Start/Programs/Accessories/system Tools/Compatibility Wizard/reset the machine to work as XP- See what happens.
Alternatively check out Sony support ofr the Vista Compatible driver.

Go to camera menu and enable USB Stream, problem will be solved and PC will recognise your camera.

There are no drivers as far as i know, but you can still use it via the firewire. Firewire suports speaming video from your Sony, usb dont.
