I've just bought a microwave/grill/convection oven combi but the manal isnt very comprehensive. i'm not sure what i can use to cook in with the convection oven function. can i use metal in there? eg. can i cook a pie in the silver foil dish it comes in?

To cook an individual frozen pie in your Panasonic convection/grill/microwave, you can follow these steps:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Remove the pie from its packaging and place it on a microwave-safe plate.
Place the plate in the center of the microwave and close the door.
Press the "Convection" button on your microwave and set the temperature to 375°F.
Set the timer for 25 minutes.
Press "Start" to begin cooking.
After 25 minutes, check if the pie is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the center of the pie. If it comes out clean, your pie is ready! If not, continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until it is fully cooked. This is a general guide and there might be variance with your particular device.

To cook with microwave only, press "Microwave/Grill/Combi", once, the screen will display "P100". Press "Microwave/Grill/Combi" to select the power level. Then press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to confirm and turn the dial to set cooking time. Then press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to start cooking on microwave only.

To switch to microwave/ grill combination cooking, choose C1 or C2 when selecting the power level.

Idont understand the problem pls write the main problem

NN-ct559w set on combi micro/ grill function , micro low , grill 1 but grill didnt come one, tried grill on own again no grill . Can thiis be repaired?

This sounds like either a door switch or a cook relay on the control board.

My microwave is doing this as well; It's a frigidaire model #FGMV154CLFA.

After using the microwave part (it is also convection), the light stays on in the microwave and the turner keeps turning.

And I've only used the convection part of my microwave a couple times and I'm not sure if I was successful. While trying to cook something in convection mode, I pressed convection, then pressed the temp i wanted, then convection, then keyed in the time I wanted the item to cook. The microwave started and the timer started counting down but the countdown stopped with 8 minutes left? I left it alone to see what would happen and it never finished so I restarted the process again.

PS..I've never gotten an error code

i have samsung microwave CE104VD. suggest how to bake a veg cake. i tried twice but not a tasty result

I have exactly the same problem; always after 59 secs, it stops.

definately dont use the standard glass plate for convectional 'oven' cooking, as it will shatter. i have had TWO plates shatter so far before realising they should only be used for microwave cooking.

with the convection part at 325 deg, for 1 hour or less depending on the cake size..have fun cooking..
