Immobilized treadmill not working. light says "immobilized" took off motor cover. There are 4 red lights. The two lights on the end on on, and the light next to the left one when facing the machine is flashing, the one next to the right light is off. What do I do to fix this? Does it need a technician to come to the house to service, or can I fix it?

SOURCE: Every motorized treadmill must need some regular

The main thing to do is keep the walk belt area clean of all shoe rubber and lint, vacuum the tread melt and edges regularly. Most treadmills have a wax lubricant in the walk belt, youcan purchase this lubricant at store that sell treadmills or you can do an on line search for treadmill lubricant. If you lift the belt and feel under the platform you should feel a slight waxy film, if not you should add wax as needed, some wax kits come with instructions, but if you just apply it to the platform area underneath the walk belt where you feet normally land when to step forward that should be fine, walk on the treadmill for a few minutes to spread the wax evenly on the underside of the belt, other than that there is no other maintenance needed.

SOURCE: Life Fitness T3 treadmill won't turn on. Power

Could be. If you had to take it apart, I would definately check the wire harness connection. Also if there are bolts that were removed, check to make sure none of those pinched the harness when reassembling.

SOURCE: I left the red key in epic view 550 for 1 full

Check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes as shown, the circuit breaker has tripped. To reset the circuit breaker, wait for five minutes and then press the switch to the reset position.

Contact the store where you bought it. I'm sure your treadmill is covered by the warranty.

Anyway, the next time buy some high quality treadmill to avoid any hassle. I like the treadmills reviewed here: http://www.your-workout-routine.com/cardio/best-treadmills-2014/

Lights

Check this and adjust it:
If the console takesbatteries, replace them. If this does not work or your console does not requirebatteries, check the reed switch or optic sensor. Reed Switch:Unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood cover. The reed switch is mountedon the frame next to the front roller pulley. There is a magnet glued into thefront roller pulley. When adjusting the reed switch, make sure it is pointingdirectly at the magnet. Move the tip of the reed switch within 1/8" of themagnet. Also, check to see that the wire is not damaged, and is connected tothe console.
clip_image001.gifOptic Sensor: Unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood cover. The optic diskand sensor are located either at the end of the motor or the right hand side ofthe front roller. The optic disk spins between two sensors on the optic switch. The disk must spin freely without touching either sensor. The sensors can bemoved by loosening the adjustment bolt holding the switch to its bracket. Theswitch can then be slid. Center the disk.

Motor is not responsive and it read LOW SPEED message and time L51

Double check that all connections are secure, especially the console cable. Unplug and reconnect the console cable to verify.
Make sure the console cable is not pinched or damaged in any way.
Turn the power off, unplug the power cable and wait 60 seconds. Remove the motor cover. Wait until all red LED lights have gone off on the motor control board before proceeding. Next, verify that none of the wires connected to the lower board are loose or disconnected.

My treadmill belt just stopped, message error E

Unplug your unit, then remove motor shroud have a good light the sensor is either mounted on the frame by the front roller/pulley unit or it is mount on the motor sometimes by the flywheel sometimes on the opposite end. Next step is to locate the motor control board and plug you uit in. Your board should ligt up with red ,green, or amber L E Ds now manually move the running belt and you should see one of those lights flicker or not if it does then the sensor is working , then we other issues, if not either we have a defective or misalign sensor. An if your unit needs lubrication use a synthetic silcone product.
