I cant receive any pictures.. when i click on download it will say message unable 2 download.. n i also cant send pictures....

I have the same problem, particularly with AT&T and Verizon users. When I send them a pic they get a message saying "no data to display". This is apparently a known problem which T-Mobile has yet to fix. I have internet access so I don't think that has anything to do with it.

If you want to transfer data, you can use U disk function of the phone. When you connect the device to the computer, you can find 3 options. 1. Insert the SD card and connect mobile phone using a USB cable;2. Click "USB connected";3. Choose "Turn on USB storage", and click "OK";4. If succeeded, there is a new removable disk on your computer interface.
You need to have data pay per use turned on in order to send and receive messages with photos with AT&T. It doesn't cost anything to send a photo, but pay per use data needs to be enabled. Just call them and they can unblock your data. The only downside is that if you are avoiding using and paying for data, if you accidentally start an app that uses data, you might get charged a minimum $2 fee. it's easy to accidentally hit something that uses data.

You have to have some sort of internet or data service to send pictures. Also, make sure you have entered 1 and the area code when sending text messages - that has caused mine not to send before. Hope that helps.
hi do you have the correct message center number for sending receveing picture msg if this as been deleted you will need to contact your network provider and ask them for the number so you can send /get pic messages , what network you on .?
Call ALLTEL for the SERVICE Number. You accidentally erase it. This uses to send/receive msg maybe the Picture/Video too. Try boot-up ur Phone. Goodluck
