What charger? AC or DC? You need to give more specific information. If it's the DC charger, check for a blown fuse in the charger or a fuse for your cigrarette lighter socket. The AC charger is non-user servicable and will need to be replaced if it's defective.

My garmin in nuvi 1350 will not charge it keeps saying the battery is low

Nuvi 1350 charges in 4 to 8 hours. If your Nuvi is not accepting a charge, you may have a loose or bad USB cable. Note that the Nuvi can be charged with a phone charger. Charging it with a connection to a computer moves charging time toward 8 hours and more towards infinity if you don't have the driver installed on the computer. Turn the Garmin off. If the driver ins installed in the coputer, plug the Garmin into the computer and then hold down the power button on the Garmin for 30 seconds.

Will my Garmin Nuvi 40 work with a 24 volt supply ?

If you are using a standard Garmin car charger, you can connect the charger to a DC power source that can provide between +10VDC to +30VDC. The charger produces +5VDC to power the Nuvi. This can be verified on the charger label.
You can NOT connect any voltage higher than +5VDC directly to the Nuvi.

No power light on nuvi 205

The battery is open, it will not run on the charger alone, there must be a working battery in it.

My garmin 1350T just shut off and will not turn back on

If your garmin nuvi shuts off and refuses to turn back on, even if you press the power button, then it means the battery is weak and cannot power on the nuvi. Try to take out the battery and reinsert it back it then try to turn it on to see if it will turn on, if it does not still turn on, then borrow a battery from a friend and use it to test your nuvi, if it powers on, then your battery is either weak or dead.
Insert the battery into another gps and charge it with another charger for about 2 hours to see if it will hold a charge, try to use it to power your nuvi on to see if it will work. If it works, then it means your charger was not charging it initially. That means the charger is bad and need to be replaced, but if the battery does not turn on your nuvi after charging it for about 2 hours, then it means the battery is bad and need to be replaced.
Either ways both the charger and the battery need to be checked to know which of the two is faulty.
Carrying out the test will show you the faulty component and the solution is for you to replace it with a new one.
Hope this was helped you.

When I plug in the power cord it doesn't show that it is charging. All of the maps and setting are running fine. When I power it off and power is on again with the cord attached it will not charge. I...

That simply shows that the power adapter/cord is bad. To confirm it, all you need to do is to borrow another charger then plug your garmin nuvi on it to see if it charges, if it charges, then it means what you have to replace is your charger. The former battery is not bad since it can power on and off the gps.
Solution, Get a new charger for your garmin nuvi 660 gps receiver. Am very well convinced that, replacing the charger will do the job.
Hope this piece of information helped.

I have a garmin nuvi 350. It suddenly quit. It would not power up. I bought new car charger and wall charger specifically for nuvi 350. Both charger would not power up the gps at all. Is my battery dead or...

I would say this is not a battery problem. A Nuvi will power up even with the internal battery disconnect (done it many times myself ) when connected to an external power source. Please see this link about Dead Nuvi's. Have you tried pressing the reset button behind the antenna?

Garmin nuvi 200 pick up charger as a usb cable

The problem is very simple... The GPS unit perceives whatever you plug in depending on the power supply figure.
If you car charger is not giving enough power, then the GPS perceive the cable as being connected to a pc.... thus not charging. Check with an car electrician if you can raise the power supply on your car...

Garmin nuvi 360 power problem

You'll need to open the case and replace the battery. Batteries can be purchased online here or a couple other places on the web by searching for "nuvi 360 replacement battery". I'd get the 1400mah or greater for a replacement, it'll burn a little longer than the weaker models. If the unit operates when plugged into the charger, then the fuse and cable are good. Open the case by removing the retaining screws, then carefully prying the unit apart. The new battery simply plugs into the connector after removing the old one.
