I have a Hp Pavilion dv9700 Notebook PC...AMD Turion 64x2 Mobile
Technology TL-60 running 32 bit Windows Vista Home Premium. My sound
card is Conexant High Definition Smart Audio22. I am trying
to broadcast streaming video (.avi files) to justin.tv but there is no
audio on the streaming end...people on the net cannot hear the movie. I
am able to hear it with my speakers. I have been told that I am unable
to get a
stereo mix or line in. I have scoured the net looking for help, from
installing drivers (this seems to be the general consensus as to the
problem) to installing VAC (video audio cables) to spending hours on
the phone with HP...but no success. Can you please recommend a way for
me to be able to sort this
problem out?
Thanks very much,

yes
the same doing my head in please help us please
Yes I too Have the same problem been to HP countless hours and Microsft also I have yet to try the solution but what i came up with is a new sound card called a sbx-fi xtream audio from hp it cost 49.99usd microsoft and hp seem to think this is the best solution they say the conexant sound card does not support stereo mix so you are only able to stream your voice not what you hear but i have found with winamap you can stream what winamp plays (if you use a shoutcast stream) but your voice is not streamed hope this helps
