Cd lost of frontech webcam

I lost my cd of frontech webcam. on web cam there is written 2 things. one is jil 2988 and second is f 0 3 1 1 2 6 3 0 9 . PLS help what shall i do. before 15 days i down load the software after i pin the webcam the red light on but when i open that software they said that they cannot detect any thing to capture photos.
