SOURCE: Microwave turntable won't stop running
This is usually caused by either a bad door switch, but may instead be a loose door switch mount or a problem on the control panel.
Even though a door switch clicks, it may still be bad inside.

The manual is on the Emerson site at:

But it doesn't seem to mention a way for you to change the lamp.
Manufacturers used to include access panels in the rear or side so you could easily change the bulb. That exposed the customer to 110V connectors, and that posed a real liability threat, so they stopped using them.
You now must generally remove the outer cover to replace the bulb.

You don't state how old your oven is, or if you tried other food items afterwords. I also assume you inspected for foreign metal objects in the oven? If it does this whenever you attempt to cook in it, then it sounds as if your oven may have a wave guide cover malfunction or burned area. This part can be replaced by the consumer in most cases, but only after consulting with a trained technician or your parts supplier.

You have a shorted 2 pad on the keypad.
Since
it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty.
I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.
