Pendrive not recognized

Hi,
This might happen due to an error or corrupted MBR, which is the sector that allow you pen to be readable and the PC might not recognize the system file being used.
I would try to connect it to another PC with a different Operating system and format it from there.

go to transcend website and download Jet Flash Recovery Tool and format ur pendrive...... :)

You can format the pendrive and see if it works or else get a replacement as transcends have a 2 years warranty.

go to transcend's weeb site. There they will provide free software for locking and other utilities. download it and install ; then follow the instructions given there. I have written the link for transcend website below.

ic, maybe the usb port of your friend's pc is defective which may cause your pen drive to malfunction, probably a shorted usb port. or just maybe your pendrive was dropped by your friend which damage the drive, it happened to me too before.
