There is a tiny reset button on the very bottom of the disposal. get a flashlight and a pencil or something. look under cabinet on the very bottom of the unit will be a small reset button. push to reset. if it keeps tripping the button and shutting off. use a broom handle. not your hand, to stick down the disposal drain and jar the blades loose. after that. run full blast with water. turn on disposal. while its running, flush ice, or orange peels down the disposal to clean... the ice will scrub it all and orange peels will clean and deodorize.
