TRYING TO FIND THE LOUD BUTTON FOR MY KENWOOD KDC MP335 RADIO

Alright, the MP335 doesn't actually have a "loud" option, It does have Bass Boost settings, which you control by the B.BOOST button on the bottom row of buttons. If I remember correctly there should be 3 settings of bass boost. I hope this helped.

Not Holding the Memory

Sounds like a wiring problem.

There is a YELLOW wire that should be connected to a constant +12 volt supply when the vehicle is off. This retains the settings.

Check the connections and see if thats the problem.

Please RATE my solution at the bottom.

Best of Luck.
