Ringer is turned off and need to know how to turn it back on?

Ringing is assigned in system programming, so if your phone doesn't ring you can't change that unless you have person on site who works on the system at that level. Some places use the night mode feature to make certain phones ring in day mode, and others to ring in night mode. Not very likely but sometimes the mode gets switched at places who don't realize they have another mode, suddenly only 2 phones ring instead of ...5. Feature,80,Feature, is the code to switch back and forth on a Pro II, an Elite, and an IPK system. This would be done at the reception phone. These phones also work on several other systems so don't know if this works for you. Or maybe you set Do Not Disturb, which would keep your ringer off.

If this is a Panasonic phone connected to a phone system as in an office setting, sounds like the ringer has been turned off. Get someone to call your phone and while they are calling turn the jog dial to turn the ringer back on or use the LCD intertactive keys to turn the ringer back on.

I have two uniden phones 2.4 GHz and the ringer is turned off and we cannot figure out how to turn it back on again. Please help!!!

press menu,scroll down to ringer settings,hit select,scroll to ringer volume and hit select then press up the round button in the middle until you hear it make a "ring" sound. adjust your preferred volume and hit save.

Hold the Low volume key on the base unit for sometime. A beep will sound that means the ringer of the base unit is off.

yeah!! i kept playing with my phone that did not have a switch...and i finally got the ringer to come on! the volume up and down arrows are what finally got it to work, i just kept holding it down and it finally responded, try more than once if it doesn't work the first time

To turn your ringer back on, you do the following. For your handset, you push Menu, scroll to ringer settings, then push select, Press select again for ringer volume, then scroll up to turn on and increase the ringer volume. Then press Save once its at the desired volume. To change your base ringer, while it is not in use, push the ringer up button until you hear the desired setting. That should fix your problems.
