I just had that problem. Fire Fox would not allow me to open Fix Ya. a box came up and asked me if I wanted them to open this site I said yes and now I am on.

Hi Julie, I have a hotmail account and open it through gmail, So if I close gmail account I can still open my hotmail account but If I only had a gmail account and closed it I wouldn't be able to open it as it doesn't exist, I do know with hotmail if you close it they keep your Email address for 90 day incase you change your mind. If your Email address ends in @virginmail.com OR similar then you could be out of luck if that's what they're saying sorry.........

The Disc that came with your printer may not have supported Vista, and the updated one on HP support should be updated to work with vista.
