Sansa e250 How do you delete a song from your sansa e250, because everytime i try to play a song it freezes, and i want to delete them so i can put new songs that actually work.

  • Anonymous Mar 28, 2014

Hi there. My Sansa E250 worked perfectly for two years. Yesterday I listened to music, turned it off and went to bed. This morning I tried to listen music and I get this awful constant beat coming from my machine. The disturbance only goes off if I play with the highest volume. I would really appreciate any guides on how to solve the issue. I deleted all songs, I formatted it, I tried other headphones and nothing seems to work.

Labeling Unknown Songs: open Windows Media Player and go to library click on artist. The sub folders will be named by the artists and the unknown songs will be in the sub that say's unknown. Click on unknown then right click on the title bar put a check next to artist and album artist. Right click song under artist or album artist or both and type in the name of the artist etc.... This change in your computers Music folders also then sync with your sansa or media player then load songs to it........

New song

make sure the cords r plugged in properly. Then you can try to unscrew the 4 screws in the back and pop out the battery. make sure you put the battery in right and if that doesn't work download your songs from a different place.

There are some songs that won't play

Just delete those songs and then put them back on. They can become corrupt when they go on the sansa

My Sansa skips the songs I put on it, what can should I do

I restored settings to default factory settings and has been working and not skipping the songs. Restoring to factory settings does not delete any of your data/songs
