I am assuming you meant Motorolla MC3090 mobile comupter running Windows CE.

On 28, 38 and 48-key keypad configurations, press the Power button to turn on the mobile computer. On 20-key
keypad configurations, simultaneously press the Fn and MENU buttons to turn on the mobile computer. If the
mobile computer does not power on, perform a cold boot. See Resetting the Mobile Computer on page 2-28.
When the mobile computer is powered on for the first time, it initializes. The Splash screen appears for a short
period of time, followed by the Calibration screen

Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) allow mobile computers to communicate wirelessly and send captured data to a host device in real time. Before using the mobile computer on a WLAN, the facility must be set up with the required hardware to run the wireless LAN and the mobile computer must be configured. Refer to the documentation provided with the access points (APs) for instructions on setting up the hardware. To configure the mobile computer, a set of wireless applications provide the tools to configure and test the wireless radio in the mobile computer. The Wireless Application menu on the task tray provides the following wireless applications: • Wireless Status • Wireless Diagnostics • Find WLANs • Manage Profiles • Options • Enable/Disable Radio • Log On/Off Tap the Signal Strength icon to display the Wireless Applications menu

The Fusion profiles aren't technically saved in NVRAM. You must use the EXPORT function in the fusion config utility to save the settings/changes you have made. The utility should automatically save .reg files to the \application directory where they'll be processed on a warm boot.

you should find fusion applications on your device, one of this programs allow you to turn on your wifi the other one - configure wifi options and profiles, on my devices that option named "enable radio". as far as i know fusion apps installed by default, and in my case exe files was in \windows\programs\fusion\.

MC3000 CE4.2 Pro OS to CE5.0 Pro OS upgrade license for MC3070 Configurations. MC3070 S/N must be supplied to Symbol for each device to be upgraded (Microsoft requirement). This application enables device to load CE 5.0 Pro OS available only from Symbol’s Technology Center.
