K, when you stripped it down and cleaned it did you lube the striker bolt before reassembling? Also when I work on them after reassembly I dry fire the tool to see if I can hear the firing pin click. You have to depress and then pull the trigger which I am sure you know how to do. If this has a strip like the DX460 if won't fire unless you have nails in the magazine or in the tool. If you can
t hear the firing pin that is where I would look. I would still suggest calling Hilti direct if you have any more concerns.
